About The Classes
The NWRHA is a local partnership of lenders, realtors, housing service agencies, and other home ownership related services. The class is a 4 hour course. Our goal is to prepare you for home ownership and familiarize you with the home buying process and programs. Certificates are given after the 4 hour session is completed. Attendance is a requirement for many of the First Time Home Buyer and Down Payment Assistance programs. The certificate is good for one year. There is no charge for the class or the handouts.
