About Housing Counseling/Education

Northwest Regional Housing Authority believes that a solid educational foundation will equip potential homebuyers and renters with the necessary skills and tools to repair credit, climb out of debt, and achieve sound and proper money management. NWRHA teaches consumers the fundamentals of homeownership, including the mortgage process, predatory lending, homeowner insurance, housing repair, expenses and maintenance.


Northwest Regional Housing Authority is a HUDCertified Agency.

Participants will have the opportunity to assess their current financial and living situation and work with counselors to tailor plans designed to fit specific needs.
