Northwest Regional Housing Authority offers clients education and guidance when pursuing their goal of homeownership. Buying or building a home is the single largest investment many people will make in their lifetime.
Our HUD certified counselors will assist potential homeowners with understanding affordability, mortgage terminology, loan products, and requirements. Our counselors will also help you understand the importance of home inspections and what to expect at closing. They will work with you to help analyze your current financial situation, review your credit report, and assist in overcoming barriers to help you become mortgage-ready.
