All applicants must meet the income limits to qualify for rental assistance at Madison Estates. Rent varies and is determined by the applicant’s income at the time of move-in. Unit size is based upon the applicant’s family size and needs. All applicants must meet HUD, Rural Development and Low Income Housing Tax Credit, as well as, management’s requirements to gain admission to this property outlined in the Tenant Selection Criteria. The Tenant Selection Criteria is included with every application.
Rental applications can be downloaded from this page if the property has vacancies, otherwise an app is available at your request. Background checks are performed for each applicant including both rental and credit histories, and a nationwide criminal background check. All adult members (18 and over) must have driver’s licenses and/or state-issued identification cards.
