Omaha Apartments is made up of 12 apartments. Utilities are included and section 8 Vouchers are accepted.
All apartments have ceiling fans in the bedroom(s) and living room, lights in the closet, smoke alarm, phone jacks, and several outlets spaced around the walls. The kitchen is furnished with an electric range and a refrigerator. There is a washer and dryer in each unit as a convenience to our tenants. Each apartment has a semi-private patio area behind the apartment and a very large yard behind the complex for recreation. Grounds and grass around all apartments are maintained by a contract with an outside source. There is plenty of space for small flower beds at each apartment. Parking spaces are provided for each apartment, although specific spaces are not assigned to each apartment.
Omaha Apartments is in a very quiet community. It is within a few miles of Branson, Missouri.
