All units are 1 bedroom with carpeting and environmentally friendly fiber flooring. All living rooms and bedrooms have ceiling fans. Each unit has a smoke alarm, cable connections, phone jack, and several electrical outlets. Windows tilt out for easy cleaning. Both bathroom & bedroom are equipped with an emergency pull switch in case of an emergency. The kitchen is furnished with an electric range, refrigerator, twin stainless steel sinks, and a pantry. The apartment building has heated hallways, a large deck with a gas grill, table and chairs, covered front porch, and lots of parking space. A large community kitchen with three tables makes it easy to have a meal with friends or join in on our monthly complex party. Valley View Apartments has 1 unit that is designated specifically for handicap individuals. It is 100% handicap friendly. An emergency switch is located in the bedroom and bathroom in case of an emergency. The easy to access kitchen and bathroom sinks, thermostat and light switches are an added plus. The handicap bath has a walk in shower with a handheld showerhead for showering.
