Madison Estates Apartments is a HUD, Rural Development and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit property.


The complex consists of 36 units. 
  • 16 – 1 bedroom units (798 square feet) 
  • 12 – 2 bedroom units (826 square feet) 
  •   8 – 3 bedroom units (900 square feet)


All of the spacious units are carpeted, with tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, and include central heat and air, phone, cable outlets, and smoke detectors. The kitchen is furnished with an electric range, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. Each apartment has a porch and locked storage unit, with parking for one car either in front of or near the unit. The grounds and lawn are maintained by Madison Estates. We offer a large playground and a gazebo for our tenant's enjoyment. The laundry room is open 24/7 for tenant use. A large community room is also available to the tenants, free of charge, for gatherings both complex-wide or personal. The tenant is responsible for paying for the electric, and Madison Estates pays for the water and trash.



All applicants must meet the income limits to qualify for rental assistance at Madison Estates. Rent varies and is determined by the applicant’s income at the time of move-in. Unit size is based upon the applicant’s family size and needs. All applicants must meet HUD, Rural Development and Low Income Housing Tax Credit, as well as, management’s requirements to gain admission to this property outlined in the Tenant Selection Criteria. The Tenant Selection Criteria is included with every application.

Background checks are performed for each applicant including both rental and credit histories, and a nationwide criminal background check. All adult members (18 and over) must have driver’s licenses and/or state-issued identification cards.
