West View Apartments is senior and disabled housing on a limited income. We accept Section 8 Rental Assistance from the local Housing Authority.

West View has 4 one bedroom and 8 two bedroom units that are all handicap friendly. The bathrooms are equipped with convenient roll-in/walk-in showers and grab bars. Certain units are specifically designed to accommodate persons with a hearing impairment.


Floors have a variety of attractive finishes. Bedrooms have wall-to-wall carpeting. Kitchens are equipped with electric range and refrigerator. Kitchen sinks have garbage disposals. Each apartment has an individually controlled heat and air conditioner, and full size washer and dryer hookups, and is cable ready. Enjoy your peaceful surroundings without the burden of upkeep and repairs. West View takes care of the grounds year round. There is an off-site manager you can call Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 pm. We are a small community and take care of each other. 


Tenants pay gas and electric. West View pays water, sewer, and trash removal.
