Cottonwood Heights is made up of 8 buildings with 8 apartments in each for a total of 64 apartments. 

  • There are 48 one bedroom apartments that are 680 sq. ft.

  • 8 one bedroom handicap apartments that are 705 sq. ft. 

  • 8 two bedroom apartments that are 845 sq. ft.

Cottonwood Heights is conveniently located near shopping and medical providers, with the Harrison Trolley stopping at the complex on a daily basis. Parking space is provided, although specific spaces are not assigned to each apartment. There is a community center for use by the tenants; play games, family gatherings, parties, etc.


Rent is based on income, and immediate rental assistance is available for eligible applicants. The utilities are paid by the property.
