Cove Creek Apartments has twenty-one (21) one bedroom apartments. We are located just outside of Leslie within walking distance of town, school, and local churches. Leslie is a small town with a population of around 450. Cove Creek is a very quiet place to live with good neighbors and a small town atmosphere. Cove Creek is a place you would be proud to call home.

Office hours are: M - Th 8:30 to 2:30 and Fridays 8:30 to 12:30.


Each apartment has storage with a large walk-in closet located in the bedroom, as well as a storage area located at the front of each unit. Each apartment is all electric with range and refrigerator furnished. The units have luxury vinyl in the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms, and carpet in the bedrooms. Each unit has a screen door, porch light (which goes on/off automatically) and emergency call switchest that are located in the bedroom and bathroom. On-site parking is available for one vehicle per apartment. There is a gazebo and community room available. There is also a backup generator that powers the community room in case of a power outage. The grounds and maintenance are maintained by the complex. There are storage buildings just across the street from the complex if extra storage is needed (not managed by the complex). There is also an on-site laundry facility.

The property pays for water, sewer and trash pickup; tenants are responsible for electric.
