East View Apartments is made up of 26 duplex apartments, including 2 one bedroom market units, and 4 two bedroom market units:

  •  4 units offer 3 bedrooms that are 1,500 sq. ft. 
  • 16 units offer 2 bedrooms that are 990 sq. ft. 
  •   6 units offer 1 bedroom which is 790 sq. ft.


East View has 2 apartments designated as handicap apartments; they are 100% handicap friendly and provide emergency call switches in the bedroom and bathroom, as well as easy access to the kitchen and bathroom sinks, thermostat and light switches. The handicap bath areas in these apartments have built-in seats in the tub/shower stall with a handheld showerhead. All East View apartments are handicap accessible. 


East View offers Market Rate apartments as well as income-based apartments and Section-8 vouchers are accepted. Market Rate apartments do not require a qualifying income limit; however, applicants are still subject to our Tenant Selection Criteria. Tenants renting Market Rate apartments pay all their utilities - gas, electric, water, and sewer.


All units feature carpeted bedrooms with tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, lights in the closet, smoke alarm, cable connection, phone jack and several electrical outlets spaced around the walls. Windows flip out for easy cleaning. The living room has a smoke alarm, ceiling fan, cable connection, phone jack and several electric outlets. The kitchen is furnished with an electric range, refrigerator, garbage disposal, twin stainless steel sinks, and lots of cabinets. The floor plan includes a large well-lit pantry. Depending on the size of the apartment, the bathrooms have shower stalls, walk-in showers or tubs. Full sized washers and dryers are provided in each unit as a convenience to our tenants. Every apartment has a covered porch area with parking in front of the apartment, and a small patio in the rear. Adjacent to each patio is a private, secure storage area. The grounds of the complex are maintained. There is a playground area with playtime equipment installed. A large gazebo is close to the playground. At the entrance of East View is a bus shelter for school children to stay out of the rain while waiting for the school bus.
